Mr.Keishon Martin a.k.a KEI-SHON-SON ... World Wide has been a custodian with the Long Beach unified school district in Long Beach, Ca. for the past 12 years starting in his senior year of highschool as a student worker, all while doubling as the swing shift manager at McDonalds well before the legal age of 18. He was able to hold such a position where he claims "a strong work ethic mixed with humilty," which was taught to him by his father, that has helped him suceed til this day.

So, as years went by with Shon working as a permanent custodian since 1999 until now at Long Beach City College (which happens to be the #3 music school in america out of all city colleges and major universities) it is ironically the basis of his musical back ground, by taking extensive courses on commercial music production, music as a business, marketing and so fourth. Which is all fine and dandy for establishing a realistic approach to the business of music, but I was actually blown away when I learned that the creative process controlling his musical abilities comes from simply listening to countless hours of music from all genres and time periods, only using a cassette player, on to a cd player, then on to an ipod with 5000 songs. This is goin on for about 6 hours out of an 8 hour grave yard shift for 40+ hours a week, 48 weeks a Year!... Which is simply amazing!
Now it wasnt until early 2009 when Shon had decided to rap "professionally" and pursue a recording and publishing deal that is largely due to looming work furloughs and other effects of the recession.
So this has inspired him to create with what he describes as "Micheal jackson type levels" with a genuine intent on providing "Good rap music" for the people

Keishon Martin（キーション・マーティン『ステージ名：KEI-SHON-SON又はMr. World Wide』）は高校３年生の頃から、カリフォルニア州Long Beach市のLong Beach学区で掃除人として１２年間働いた。

父親から教わった哲理「労働倫理と謙遜」を心に留め、仕事を頑張り成功した。

１９９９年からロングビーチ・シティ・カレッジ（全米トップ３の音楽専門カレッジ・大学）で掃除人として働きながら、音楽プロダクション、音楽ビジネスや マーケティングなどのコースを受ける。

KEI-SHON-SONは夜の仕事を続けながら毎日６時間以上、テープおよびＣＤプレイヤーやiPodを使って様々なジャンルと時代の音楽を聴き、その 経験が彼のクリエイティビティと音楽能力に影響を与えた。

２００９年、プロのラッパーを目指して本格的にレコーディングや音楽出版社探しなどの活動を始める。

「人々のためにグッド・ラップ・ミュージックを作り上げる」ことが目標であり、彼のインスピレーションの源である。
